- 1 cup canned coconut milk – full fat
- 3.5 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- combine all ingredients in a mason jar or sealed container
- shake jar to integrate all ingredients
- refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
