Golden Chia Pudding

One of the best variations of chia pudding – golden turmeric! This is a great portable snack for work or school – You can throw all the ingredients together in a mason jar, leave it in the fridge overnight, and viola! The perfect, most delicious healthy snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned coconut milk – full fat
  • 3.5 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup

Directions

  1. combine all ingredients in a mason jar or sealed container
  2. shake jar to integrate all ingredients
  3. refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
