Try our delicious Maca Berry Smoothie for breakfast this week! It’s full of healthy fats and antioxidants that will fuel your brain and body throughout the day. Delicious served as a smoothie or as a bowl topped with your favorite granola, fresh fruit, or any other toppings you’d like!
- 1 large banana -fresh or frozen
- 1 cup mixed berries – fresh or frozen
- handful of blueberries – fresh or frozen
- 1 cup. cashew milk – sweetened
- 1 date – pitted
- 2 Tbsp. almond butter
- 1 Tbsp. maca powder
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for about 30 seconds or until well incorporated
- If using fresh fruit, add a few ice cubes to chill – we recommend including at least one frozen fruit so it’s less watered down – Enjoy!
