ACV Tonic

Looking to detox after the weekend? Try this Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) Tonic! It’s so sweet, spicy, and tangy. Raw ACV has been used as a remedy since ancient times for improving heart health and blood sugar levels. Raw, unpasteurized ACV is recommended for its probiotic benefits that can help improve gut health and strengthen the micro-biome. Lemon is known to be detoxifying, while cayenne pepper and cinnamon boost metabolism. Drink in the morning or before bed to start or end your day feeling refreshed!



  • 1 c. warm water
  • 2 Tbsp. raw, unpasteurized Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1.5 – 2 Tbsp. raw honey
  • 1 Tsp. cinnamon
  • Dash cayenne pepper


  1. Heat filtered water in small saucepan over medium-high heat until it boils – turn heat down to medium-low
  2. Add ACV, lemon juice, honey, cinnamon, and cayenne – whisk until well combined and smooth
  3. Serve immediately – the mixture separates easily and may need to be stirred occasionally

*Note – we recommend drinking this tonic first thing in the morning (on an empty stomach) or just before bed (at least 2 hours after eating)
