Mango Lassi

Try our amazing Mango Lassi recipe this week as a snack or yummy dessert! A mango lassi is a traditional Indian yogurt-based drink that is incredibly creamy and perfectly sweetened with mangoes. Our version uses Coconut Yogurt and Cashew Milk so it’s completely dairy-free! Top with shredded coconut and a pinch of ground cardamom.

  • 1 cup frozen mango (fresh mangos recommended they’re in season)
  • 2 cups Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 cup Cashew Milk
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • pinch of ground cardamom
  • optional – shredded coconut for garnish
  1. place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth and well-combined
  2. serve chilled – enjoy!
