Peanut Butter Açaí Bowl

Try this Peanut Butter Açaí Bowl for a yummy, antioxidant and fiber rich breakfast! Açaí is a berry that is packed with a ton of antioxidants, almost ten times more than red grapes! It’s also loaded with fiber, vitamin A, and calcium as well as a low sugar content. The peanut butter adds some extra protein to this yummy breakfast! Top with fresh berries, bananas, hemp seeds and shredded coconut for the most heavenly smoothie bowl.



  • frozen açaí – 1 packet
  • 1/3 cup blueberries – fresh or frozen
  • 1/3 cup raspberries – fresh or frozen
  • 1/3 cup strawberries – fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana – fresh or frozen
  • 1 date – pitted
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Cashew Milk
  • optional – 2 tsp. maca powder


  • hemp seeds
  • granola
  • shredded coconut
  • fresh berries
  • fresh slices of banana
  • chia seeds
  1. Combine açaí, blueberries, rasperries, strawberries, banana, date, nut butter, cashew milk and maca (if using) in blender – blend until smooth and creamy
  2. Pour smoothie into large bowl and top with desired toppings – enjoy!
