Peanut Butter Granola Bites

These Peanut Butter Granola Bites are the perfect on-the-go or pre-workout snack! With only 4 ingredients, these bites are incredibly easy to make and are packed with protein and fiber for the busy day ahead. Whip up a batch of these bites before you go to bed for an easy, healthy, and yummy breakfast or snack the next day!

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 3/4 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup granola
  1. Pulse pitted dates in food processor or blender into small pieces
  2. Add peanut butter, chia seeds, and granola into food processor with dates – pulse until well combined
  3. Form into small bite-sized balls and let set in fridge for ~30 minutes – enjoy! – store leftovers in sealable container for up to 7 days.
